We rocked our heap the honda goal by collecting 722 books!!
Rayleigh students and staff collected 722 books to donate to the Bright Red Book Shelves in and around Kamloops. These books will enable many students in our community to have access to books that they can pick from and keep at home.
THANK YOU Rayleigh Elementary!!
At Rayleigh, we are excited to be participating in Literacy Month!
There will be many activities that promote literacy and an enjoyment of reading!
On Monday October 23rd, at 10:00am, Rayleigh students dropped what they were doing to grab a book and read! Teachers enjoyed getting involved in this literacy event too!
My name is Mrs. Niki Sauer, I am very excited to be part of the staff at Rayleigh Elementary as the school Teacher Librarian!
I enjoy reading children's books, and I love to spend time with my family. Hiking, kayaking, camping and spending time outdoors are things I especially like to do in my spare time.
I will be available at the Rayleigh Elementary School Library during these times:
Mondays: 8:00am -11:00am
Wednesdays: 8:00am - 3:00pm
